My list of things to do before getting Pregnant!
- Get off pill ASAP (done 14th Feb 2014)
- Take krill oil, magnesium and calcium supplements. (started 9 March 2014)
The pill depletes the body of many nutrients vitamins, for me magnesium is a main one! Also, if you crave chocolate read my future post on this!
- Eat more healthier, start juicing again to get more vitamins in my body as I don't eat much fruit or veg (mainly carbs, potatoes are my fave! I know so bad!) (starting 10 March 2014- Monday)
- Have a Pap Smear test done (end of March, early April)
- Start taking Elevit in June 2014 (good for baby!) (more on this in a future post)
- Get any fillings and teeth fixed at Dentist by May. You shouldn't go to Dentist whilst pregnant nor take medications, even panadol and neurofen aren't recommended!
By August I need to...
- Lose weight, hoping 10kg. Also, will be easier to conceive and baby will be more healthier. I'm obese at the momment according to BMI. (More on this in future blog)
- NEED to kick my sugar habit, hopefully the magnesium tablets I'm taking and juicing will help eliminate my cravings for chocolate and icecream!
- Find out what needs to be done to have a baby boy. (foods, sex position, etc- more on this in future blog)
- What I need to do when I fall pregnant! (my next to do list!.. exciting! nursery room design, maternity clothing, baby products, oooh wee!)
